 Champ Aircraft is your one stop shop for experimental and certified GA aircraft service needs. We offer experimental aircraft build assistance and guidance, certified aircraft repairs, annual/100 hr  inspections  and experimental condition inspections.   Shop rate is $65/hr, travelling labor rate is $65/hr 50 cents/mile driving or $1.00/mile flying. Have your experimental aircraft finished but aren't sure about pulling the paint gun trigger? We can paint your aircraft in our full size paint booth built specifically for aircraft as well as strip and repaint both certified and experimental single engine. With extensive experience in tube and fabric restorations, avionics installations, composite repairs and fabrication, 4130 repairs and sheet metal repairs; if you need it we can do it. We have extensive experience with the wonderful RV line of aircraft, including a modified rv8, N232TB that Todd Rudberg flew at Reno air races in 2019. He qualified as the fastest RV ever at 276.899 mph! Our shop is located at DJ (8PA1) in Jonestown Pa. The Grass runway is 2000 feet long and located within Muir class D, Please call ahead before flying in to learn the specifics of our airstrip.
